Q: I upgraded to version 1.0 of FTP Scheduler and
the schedule I had saved is now blank.
A: In version 1.0, the start time is
different than in previous version. You
will have to set it again and save your
configuration.
Q: Can I use * and ? wildcards in FTP Scheduler?
A: Yes.
Starting with version 0.5, FTP Scheduler supports * and
? wildcards.

Q: How do I start FTP Scheduler in minimized mode?
A: Start FTP Scheduler with the -m parameter
i.e.: "ftpscpre.exe" -m from the command line
(requires version 0.4 build 144 or above).
Note: The -m parameter is case sensitive and
must be entered in lowercase. You can combine
parameters by leaving a space between them i.e. "ftpscpre.exe"
-m -r
Starting with version 1.0, you can use the
option tab instead of the start-up parameters

Q: How do I automatically start the scheduler at
FTP Scheduler's start-up?
A: Start FTP Scheduler with the -r parameter
i.e.: "ftpscpre.exe" -r from the command line.
This will do the following:
- Start FTP Scheduler
- Load the saved information
- Start the schedule
If there is not enough information to start the
schedule, an error message is displayed.
Note: The -r parameter is case sensitive and
must be entered in lowercase. You can combine
parameters by leaving a space between them i.e. "ftpscpre.exe"
-r -m
Starting with version 1.0, you can use the
option tab instead of the start-up parameters

Q: When running the FTP Scheduler installation I
get a message: "C:/Program Files/ProSoft/FTP Scheduler/nmorenu.dll
failed to self register"
A: Although we are unsure why this message
appears, it does not affect the FTP Scheduler
installation, and so the message can be ignored.

Q: I have minimized FTP Scheduler and I cannot
find it on my desktop.
A: Since FTP Scheduler is meant to run all the
time, it stores itself on the taskbar in order to save
some desktop real estate (see image below). Simply
click once on the icon in the task bar to restore the
program on your desktop.

Q: How do I upload files?
A: FTP Scheduler (Basic Edition) does not
support the upload of files

Q: What happens if I download a file and a file
with the same name already exists on my system?
A: Starting with version 1.0, you can prevent
files from being overwritten by setting the proper
option.
